The way we use information.

The information you provide to us is for the purpose to contact you if you have requested us to do so. We will only pass your information on to a member of our team within the Hillwood Precast organisation to help you with your request.

Your details will be treated in strict confidence by the member of staff who deals with you. Email addresses will be used to answer an email that you have already sent or to send newsletters if you have signed up for that particular service.

We will not share your email address with outside parties, unless you have given us your specific consent to do so.

How to view / correct your information

Under the Data protection Act 1998, you may request details of personal information that Hillwood Precast holds about you. An official fee will be payable. If you notice there are any errors in your personal information this can be corrected by sending us an email request that highlights these errors. In order for these errors to be corrected we will first contact you to verify your identity.
